The problem

It can feel like laziness. Often it is attention being split until agency gets thin.

Systems keep asking you to choose, react, save, compare, generate, and optimize. Each request is small; together they make it harder to feel what you actually want.

That is why Bright Raven starts with small, recognizable stories. A game library, a recommendation feed, a reading list, an AI assistant: each can be a place where your attention stops belonging to you.

Then the feeling gets named: attention fragmentation, choice overload, decision fatigue, agency loss, judgment quality. Once it has a name, it can become a tool, a ritual, or a better boundary.
